Easy Christmas Breakfast Ideas

DIY Reindeer Doughnuts

We have been making these since my two oldest were itty bitty. I lay out the ingredients: holiday m&m’s, broken pretzel pieces and chocolate doughnuts.

Then, my kids create their own reindeer by placing 2 broken pretzel pieces as antlers and a red m&m for a nose. It’s a favorite of theirs and so easy to throw together.

DIY Snowman Doughnuts

Grab the powdered doughnuts too and some BBQ skewers. Place 3 doughnuts on the skewers and let the kids use mini chocolate chips and a little frosting for the eyes, nose, smile and buttons.

DIY Cinnamon Roll Decorated Christmas Trees

Catching a theme? My kids love a little do-it-yourself project and makes it much more simple for me!

Grab some refrigerated cinnamon rolls and unroll them into a Christmas tree shape and bake for 2-4 minutes less than the package recommends.

Then, mix a couple drops of food coloring into the frosting and let your kids decorate their Christmas tree with leftover cookie decorating supplies.

Make Ahead Quiche

Egg bakes and quiches are my favorite because I can make them ahead and rewarm or cook them the morning of without having to spend too much time in the kitchen.

This basic quiche recipe can be tweaked to your liking. It’s so delicious and pairs well with the doughnuts and cinnamon rolls.
